The activation of your hotel contract is done after receipt of the signed agreement. The duration is one calendar year. Should the framework agreement not be terminated within 3 months before the expiry date (31 December), the agreement will be extended automatically for another year.

How much time is needed from the point of registration to the listing on ehotel?

New registrations are processed once per week. You will receive access data and instructions via email. You can then maintain your data in the ehotel suite and put your property online. Once we receive the signed agreement from you, we carry out an audit of your data inputs and then set your hotel free to go online. If some data is missing or incomplete, a member of our hotel support team will contact you. Your hotel will only be set free to go online after the input of all relevant data.

How does the direct booking link work for my website?

The ehotel suite provides a direct booking link for you, completely free of charge. You can embed this link on your own website. Content regarding descriptions, availability and prices are obtained from the data provided in the ehotel suite. The use of the booking link is free of charge. No commission will be charged for bookings made via this link.

How does the channel manager work?

Update multiple distribution channels, including listings on the largest hotel portals, quickly and effectively through a single access point. This will save time, avoid overbooking situations and ensure rate parity across all portals. It is possible to connect to your hotel property’s PMS. Prices and availability will then be transferred directly from this system.

This function is available via the ehotel suite, in collaboration with Cultuzz Digital Media. More information can be found here.

How high is the commission fee?

You pay commission only for those guests who arrive to your hotel property. The commission statement you receive each month for guests who show up applies to the previous month. You will thus not be charged a fixed commission. The variable commission rates for mediated bookings may range from 10%.

Descriptions of rooms and room amenities are entered separately for each room type. You can upload and store up to 12 pictures of your hotel, with a maximum of 4 photos permitted per room category.
